Papel picado, meaning “perforated paper,” is a traditional Mexican folk art made by intricately cutting designs into colorful tissue paper banners that are displayed during celebrations, festivals, weddings, and Día de los Muertos. 

Designed with hook-and-eye closures down the front and a fully lined construction, this playful piece beautifully reflects the artistry and vibrant spirit of Mexican culture. Made in Acapulco, Mexico.
