 Shipping:

• Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days.
• All packages are sent USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking #.
• Free Domestic Shipping! 
• Need it now! No problem. Just let us know and we'll express it for you. We can also insure packages and send priority mail. Of course postage will be extra.
• International Shipping - We are always excited to send our merchandise around the globe.
• All International shipping is automatically sent USPS First Class with tracking
• Most International shipping takes about 7 to 10 days for delivery.
• Customers are responsible for import taxes.
• On a rare occasion packages are delayed in customs and there is no way of knowing on our end. It's always best to check with your local post office.

Returns and Exchanges:

• The item you ordered doesn't do you justice? No problem. Returns are accepted!
• Simply let us know of the return via email or phone us (415) 872-9321 and mail return within 10 days of RECEIPT for exchange or refund.
