A dazzling dress with black sequins that shimmer as they catch the light. The blouson top has a scoop neckline and is finished with a sateen band. The wide fitted waistband pulls the fullness together beautifully. The skirt gathers softly at the waist and drapes out with an easy, elegant flow. 

Only the top portion is sheer; the skirt is fully lined. Best worn with a camisole—or show off a pretty bra if you’re feeling bold. An interior waistband keeps everything perfectly in place, with buttons and snaps running along the left side.
