RIBBON MADNESS
Wonderful black hoop skirt by Harzfeld’s, crafted from a thick black cotton like material that gives it beautiful structure. It features the sweetest colored ribbon detailing running across the skirt, adding a subtle yet playful touch.

The timeless A-line silhouette is designed with a fitted waist that gently flares toward the hem, creating a flattering and classic shape. Finished with a 3/4 side zip and button closure. It has been photographed with a petticoat underneath for added volume; however, the petticoat is not included. Please refer to the last photo to see how the skirt looks without it.
